BlueDragon Posted January 11, 2002 Posted January 11, 2002 I saw it and I was a bit dissapointed. The boxing was great but there was a stretch of about an hour where I considered leaving. I think the writers expected the audience to know more about Ali's life before they saw the movie. "Excuse me while I kiss the sky" -Hendrix
Piastre Posted January 11, 2002 Posted January 11, 2002 It hasn't started in Australia yet, but some of the feedback I've gotten from some boxing fanatic friends in the US was that they were VERY disappointed in the movie overall, but were surprised by Will Smith's performance.
three60roundhouse Posted January 20, 2002 Posted January 20, 2002 If you want a Muhammed Ali movie, see "When We Were Kings." That's an A+ documentary. 1st dan Tae Kwon DoYellow Belt Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu16 Years OldGirls kick butt!
