Arthritis!!!!

Also Ad, I know this is a tiny thing compared to Sai's post, but when doing Air kicking (ie, not making contact with an opponent or a punchbag) to the kick lightly and relaxed. Doing full force kicks in thin air can lead to arthritis.

In addition, I'm guessing you could do a search off of a search site on Juvenile arthritis to find some sort of exercises to alleviate pain.

thnx for the input jack,

the physio has gave me an excercise to do, i have to put rubber tubing around both my ankles, and i lift on leg, stretching the left laseration muscle, increasing movement in the joints,

though docters say i MAY have it, and that it is unlikely, so hopefully the results will be i wont have it

call me crazy but this will help you.

Zhuan Zhuang training (also known as standing on stake methods or posting) can help one who is suffering from arthritis. My grandmaster started having trouble with arthiritis at an early age and it has helped him tremendously. Check it out on the web and find out more about this kind of training.

I hope this is helpful and good luck
