Jack Posted December 30, 2001 Share Posted December 30, 2001 Also Ad, I know this is a tiny thing compared to Sai's post, but when doing Air kicking (ie, not making contact with an opponent or a punchbag) to the kick lightly and relaxed. Doing full force kicks in thin air can lead to arthritis. In addition, I'm guessing you could do a search off of a search site on Juvenile arthritis to find some sort of exercises to alleviate pain. dtstiachi Posted March 24, 2005 Share Posted March 24, 2005 call me crazy but this will help you.Zhuan Zhuang training (also known as standing on stake methods or posting) can help one who is suffering from arthritis. My grandmaster started having trouble with arthiritis at an early age and it has helped him tremendously.
