47MartialMan Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 I guess it depends on where you live and your eating habits per environment
dear john Posted September 30, 2004 Posted September 30, 2004 they tell you not to eat whole grain cereal before you workout hard because it helps to dehydrate you faster but i have been doing it for a while and i seem to be fine. out of all the things i have eaten before jogging, the whole grain stuff seems to do the leastdamage. i have this with a cup of pineapple kewi blend and a peice of toast. it is my energy breakfast, i dont eat this every day but on a heavy day i have this. the funny thing is that i know im wrong and i know your right, yet you keep argueing like it will change my mind. you should really know, you dont have to be right to win:)
Hudson Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 How can you guys eat that much breakfast? I'm a muesli man. Everyday, with some fruit (half a peach, or dried mango) OJ and, of course (being a Brit) TEA! That pretty much sets me up for the day. Because my dinner is small! Also, I eat like that because I don't like sugar in the morning, it wakes me up for an hour or two then sets me back to sleep even worse. LiTtLeDrAgOn Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 I usually eat "A Cheese Omolet" w/ 2 slice's of toast and ALOT of orange juice (about 4 glasses). (I'll change in between this and Special K Ceral or Wheates w/ a banna in it) Skim Milk always! (When Im on tha go I'll eat a granola bar or sumthing) A wise man once said..."Courage is not the abstinence of fear. It is what is done when the emotion of fear is present....That is courage my friend" -Jordan Galendiez
