47MartialMan Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 Gee, talk about being married to a cereal!
angelica d Posted September 20, 2004 Posted September 20, 2004 Lol! I can't help it, nothing else is quite the same. We'd run out of it this morning, so my stepdad tried to fool me with a homemade substitute - grr! 47MartialMan Posted September 20, 2004 Posted September 20, 2004 If you eat yuor cereal with milk, as long it is not the same "ol" milk
Rick Posted September 21, 2004 Author Posted September 21, 2004 My body has adverse reactions to soy and tofu - and i'm a little "old school" in the way i think about food. But that's a little controversial and i don't feel like debating it. I just prefer to have natural foods that have been eaten by the greater majority of people for the greater part of history... Meat, Bread, Eggs, fruit etc... Rick RJT: 2nd Degree Black Belt Freestyle Kickboxer - 3rd Gup HapKiDoist - 6th Kyu Zen Go Shu KarateKaJust Kick Them, They'll Understand...-TBK
Shorin Ryuu Posted September 21, 2004 Posted September 21, 2004 Well, if your body reacts badly to soy (I don't know what exactly that entails), then you really don't have a choice. But as far as things that have been taken in by humans for a greater part of history, then soy is up there, along with more natural foods. All this "new" health food stuff isn't new. It's just Eastern and new to Westerners. Martial Arts Blog:http://bujutsublogger.blogspot.com/

GhostlySykanRyu Posted September 21, 2004 Posted September 21, 2004 For some reason I don't think tofu would be very good smothered in ketchup, if you want the point to go to the original poster! I love tofu in stir fry and other dishes, for breakfast good ol' eggs just can't be replaced. Well, they can...but I won't let that happen... To condemn the art of another is to condemn your own as well. We all have the same origin.

Hudson Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 4 eggs, soft boiled, on top of 4 pieces of toast, salt pepper to taste. 10-13oz of 2% milk. Delicious. The game of chess is much like a swordfight; you must think before you move.
Fish Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 How can you guys eat that much breakfast? I'm a muesli man. Everyday, with some fruit (half a peach, or dried mango) OJ and, of course (being a Brit) TEA! That pretty much sets me up for the day.
