taezee Posted December 22, 2001 Posted December 22, 2001 i love running on the beach...listening to the surf crash in and the sound of seagulls...and the sun..i just run and at the same time dream...of things i most want in this world...while taking these runs on the beach nothing in my regular life bothers me...i am at peace..and i am in touch with nature..and all my worries just wash away in the tide... KickChick Posted December 24, 2001 Posted December 24, 2001 Aside from my TKD training and teaching cardio fitness classes each week, I also strength/flexibility train, run on threadmill 3 miles (if I don't cardio train, like this week since classes are cancelled because of holiday). Jumping on trampoline, playing football & basketball with my sons and dancing! I am starting plyometrics (New Years resolution to jump higher) to help with my advanced jump kicks needed to pass for my 2nd degree ... _________________ Tae Kwon Do Blk Belt 1st deg./Fitness Kickboxing Instructor (KarateForums Sensei) [ This Message was edited by: KickChick on 2001-12-24 06:30 ]
