SoonerJohn Posted September 6, 2004 Posted September 6, 2004 My cousin is an amateur arm wrestler. I've never watched him compete, but it has a lot to do with technique. He told me that your forearm strenght really helps. So I'd say do any exercise to strengthen your forearm. Besides, it will also help prevent tennis elbow.

Topic Posted September 7, 2004 Posted September 7, 2004 Technique is everything in armwrestling, when ur on the table, and ur elbow ir resting on the table, bring your whole hand as much as possible to your body, like scrunch it up, yull be alot atronger liek that, and also when you arm wrtestle pull towards your self not to the sides that helps alot too, sheeze the opponets h and really strong too. hope i helped.
