Croy Posted September 2, 2004 Share Posted September 2, 2004 i've got a speed bag, but never use it, so sorry i can't answer that part, but as far as jumping rope, defenitely use it, excellent for cardio(if you can manage more than 20mins on it), great for rhythm, and you'll notice an improvement on the height of your jumps, therefore making the jump kicks alot easier 1st Dan CTF TaekwondoShodan Tomiki Ryu Aikido Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I use a jump rope 3-4 times a week and we have a speed bag set up at my dojo. "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..."
