ok guys and gals. i can do front split because now i have a good flexible hamstring. im just couple of inches of floor because of my rear leg. I even try to kick it back while in front split to be in a full front split. But i have been trying to work on it for quite a while to straighten my rear leg., but until now its still not straighten. any body got any safe tips on how to straighten your back leg completely with knees facing the floor????
