Hudson Posted August 22, 2004 Posted August 22, 2004 I have found that stretching 3-4 times week is plenty, like bodybuilding there is a point of overtraining in stretching and you may become less flexible. Take it easy, stretch rather gently and be patient. The game of chess is much like a swordfight; you must think before you move.
