hey guys. ive seen on afl ffooty that when someone cops a bit of a knock or an injury to a muscle, the doctors spray something on it the commentators refer to as 'magic spray' what is it?

Novocaine in a can? Hmm...maybe that'd make a good self-defense weapon.

You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.
