I'm also new here

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm a student of Okinawan Shorin-ryu (a branch of Kobayashi) and have been ever since I was 14. Now I'm an 18 year old purple belt and loving it! My school was started in 1964 by Tadashi Yamashita, and since my mom took from him, I am now at the same school. I am very excited to be here, thanks for having me! :D

Hi, Welcome to KF!

You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.
