Recentily i noticed that on certain parts of my body, if i push into the muslce it can be quite painfull. SUch areas as the traps, lats, forearms, ithink if by be due to tightness or something any ideas?

well if youve been lifting, thats perfectly natural. so long as youre not too sore (hard to describe, but if its painful enough to where you more than simply notice it, its too sore).

You should be a little stiff/sore after (next day or two) a good workout if you are using muscles that you haven't used in a while, or if you worked them a little harder than usual.

 

Lats can be stretched during punching drills, especially if you haven't warmed up properly/stretched, or if you do more than normal (like on a test).

 

I seem to get tight in the forearms, neck, etc. after a good grappling workout. I like the feeling because I know that I worked hard to get there.

I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.

BUt even after i have recovered from a workout i still am sore in them places, i read something on trigger pionts in your muscles that can make them sore when pressure is applied.
