Ironberg Posted August 10, 2004 Posted August 10, 2004 It happens rarely, but sometimes it's more chronic, or otherwise ends faily quickly. It feels like a bad muscle pull, or pain, occasionally directly on the navel, and hurts like a Be-atch when you raise your chest into the air, or bend backwards with more chest emphasis. I just had this pain again last night, took some motrin, and it was completely gone in the morning. The last I saw it was six months ago. What is going on??? Vito Posted August 15, 2004 Posted August 15, 2004 perhaps a very slight injury to that muscle just below your abs (and above your you know what) ? "If an injury has to be done to a man it should be so severe that his vengeance need not be feared." -Machiavelli
aefibird Posted August 15, 2004 Posted August 15, 2004 If it comes back again then have a chat to your doctor about it. Better to be safe than sorry... Also, have you noticed a pattern of when the pain occurs? eg, after doing more of a particular excercise or technique? "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..." Rich67 Posted August 16, 2004 Posted August 16, 2004 Pulled muscle, more than likely, or some stretched ligaments. Worst case, a mild hernia. See a doctor and get checked out. It could even be something having to do with your bladder or other plumbing. Mixed Martial Artist
