I need to get a daily exercise like endurence one day and strength another and all that stuff all i have to work with is focus mitts and a small kicking pad and wieght set so can u help me plz?

 

Also what times should i do them?

can you run at all?

 

with so little detail it's hard to try to help. Is their a weight bench with those weights?
