The-Muay-Thai-Kickboxer Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 I am trying to get to where i can do the splits as soon as possible i have been doing all the normal stretches but they dont seem to work can someone put a list and daily stretches i should do and whens the best time to do them. Thanks in advanced for any advice Things do NOT work because someone says they do. They work because YOU can do them!
