My name is bob rosenbaum, i started martial arts in 1959 with Bruce Tegner and earned a black belt in jukado self defense teaching in 1966, after Bruce retired in 1967 i learned from Joe Lewis, Mike Stone, Howard Jackson and his boxing trainer Julio Flores, I've also trained with Steve Fisher, and Manny Johnston and many others, and through the years I've done my best to beat up their hands and feet with my face. my emphases is on self-defense, and fighting, both sport and reality. i currently work security at a casino, and as far as martial arts am semi retired.

good luck, train hard, train smart.

Hi Bob, Welcome to KF !

You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.

Hi Bob, welcome to KF.

Can you tell us a little more about your style, is it striking or grappling? Is it japanese or what else?
