I'va a curiosity, why did you left Tai chi chuan and what style was it?

 

The instructor moved away...it was Yang short form, including Qi Gong breathing exercises, push hands and Tai Chi sword.

Yes, it was great for strength and flexibility and was very meditative. The push-hands exercises were a lot of fun also.
