Rotten Head Fok Posted June 29, 2004 Posted June 29, 2004 Hello evreyone, I am starting my martial arts training, I hope to make some friends here, learn as much as I can, and help as best I can. Please feel free to ask me questions, discuss topics, share experiences. Thank you. You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.
