Training per week

 

Hapkido: 3-5 hours (Dojang), 1-3 hours (at home)

 

BJJ: 2 hours (Dojo)

 

GPP: 3-6 hours (includes running, rowing, calistenics and weight training)

I train 4 hours/week in Tai chi chuan

 

and about 3-4 hours/week in Karate.

 

Sometimes I train at home but not regularly

Sorynn , 16 hours a week, nice one. Wish I could say the same

 

Thank you, but that is 9-16 hours and it varies quite a bit. It does help that my wife studied Hapkido with me before she became pregnant, so we practice at home together. That is a tremendous advantage for me. Of course, once the baby arrives... who knows what will happen. :)

I train 6 times a week for about one and a half hrs each week and I usually go running late at night outside for about 2 hrs 3 times a week.

4 hours gym, 1 hour private lesson, teach 1 hour private and i do about 4 to 6 hours a week of my own stuff such as running weights circuits shadow boxing depending on how i feel i do between 4 and 6 hours on average.

I generally train about 4 classes (hour each) in the dojo each week, and I also do a couple hours of self training. I find that reviewing the things (especially kata) that I learned in class really helps to cement them into my memory.

i train for good six hours a week wing chun and every second day i do weightlifting, forms and stretching in my cellar.
