White Warlock Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 I've had 'iron face kung fu' listed as my style for months now, and nobody even said anything. italian_guy Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 I don't know there are so many styles you never know... Do you mean it is a fake?
gheinisch Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 I never noticed WW. Ooops sorry! I have know many people who have lead with thier face in a fight however. Not a recommended technique, unless of course you practice the little known "iron face kung fu"! monkeygirl Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 Wow...I guess I don't pay that much attention to the styles thing...so used to the days when it wasn't there. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.
White Warlock Posted June 2, 2004 Author Posted June 2, 2004 Gotta ask. Is that "Phlyng Pu Do" also a jest? "When you are able to take the keys from my hand, you will be ready to drive." - Shaolin DMV TestIntro
muaythaifreak Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 I've seen several here that I am not familiar with, and although that did catch my eye, I didn't want to say anything for fear of showing my ignorance. TheDevilAside Posted June 3, 2004 Posted June 3, 2004 Yeap, I'm with MTFreak. I actually did a search for Iron Face Kung Fu on google a couple of months back, but didn't find any results. Well, you came off as a well-educated, "worldly" kind of guy, so I figured you were probably training at an underground, Buddhist temple in an ancient, secretive martial art passed down from generation to generation to generation. But uh.. I get it now :/ "If you're going through hell, keep going." - Sir Winston Churchill

karatekid1975 Posted June 3, 2004 Posted June 3, 2004 Maybe I should put Poo Poo-Do as my style, or Tae Kwon Doo Doo (no offense TKD people. I do TKD) to see if people notice Laurie F
