Sorry to hear about your toe. I'm glad you went to the docs, though, even if it was bad news!

 

Hopefully the anti-inflammatory tablets will do the trick. When you've finished those, if it still hurts then simple Ibuprofen is a good anti-inflammatory - you could get it as a gel to rub straight on your toe.

Yeah, that's what I got, was the gel stuff. I have to avoid ingesting anti-inflammatory's and Ibuprofen. About 6 months ago I got a stomach bacteria that caused stomach erosions... so the doctor is concerned that anti-inflammatory's can set my stomach off again and put my tummy in a lot of pain.

I have broken three toes while in the dojo... i didn't find out until last month... I broke them each on different occasions...it hurt but big deal... i dunno i gues what i'm trying to say is that little things like that happen all the time... it sux but no pain, no gain, right?

Yes, but I can't bend my toe. It is my longest toe, it jams into the end of my shoe. It's more annoying than anything.
