Mart Posted May 4, 2004 Share Posted May 4, 2004 Similar sort of effect, the crushing effect on the knuckles uldis bone calouses.Which make you knuckles tougher without the damaging effect on your wrists that punching something hard has. Topic Posted May 12, 2004 Author Share Posted May 12, 2004 Actually i do 15 knuckle push ups on wood with 3 to 4 sets, im used to it now, but once in a while i hit a nerve in the knuckle and it just makes my whole knuckle become blue and bruised.
