I'm going to get a different set of dumbbells to have more variety, and I started using the school's weight lifting gym more often (tuesdays and thursdays). I really like those calisthenic work outs that were on the trainforstrength.com website! I didn't even know what the concept between compound and isolation exercises were. I'll re-program the whole thing because I was kind of reaching a plateau when it came to lifting weights (except for I'm boosting with body weight exercises.. 165 push ups and counting ). They have animated gifs of exercises, broken down by what kind of exercise, and what muscle groups they target. Very well orgainized.
