Anything wrong with my routine?

Thanks for the advice, everyone.

 

I'm going to get a different set of dumbbells to have more variety, and I started using the school's weight lifting gym more often (tuesdays and thursdays). I really like those calisthenic work outs that were on the trainforstrength.com website!

 

I didn't even know what the concept between compound and isolation exercises were. I'll re-program the whole thing because I was kind of reaching a plateau when it came to lifting weights (except for I'm boosting with body weight exercises.. 165 push ups and counting :P).

Another good site is http://www.exrx.com. They have animated gifs of exercises, broken down by what kind of exercise, and what muscle groups they target. Very well orgainized.
