Thuggish Posted May 16, 2004 Share Posted May 16, 2004 i have a better idea- dont do deadlifts or goodmornings at all. i promise youll be sorry sooner or later. @%# mens health and all those people, they are BAD FOR YOU!!! you want legs? legpresses! more weight hoisted on that than any other leg exercise, probably any other exercise period. but dont jump in too quick to lifting, and be mindful of your knees (i always wear knee wraps). leg curls for your hamstrings, and running (not on a tredmill), is what builds legs the smart way. squats too, but legpress is better.
