Luckykboxer Posted July 12, 2004 Posted July 12, 2004 ermm.. I dont necessarily know about that. I would agree that they have a much greater chance of injury since they train and fight with handwraps, tape, padding, and gloves on to protect their livelyhood and their income.
ramymensa Posted July 12, 2004 Posted July 12, 2004 Batman, you're becoming annoying. Remember this is a place for all MA and styles, all races, nationalities and so on. Trolling would only get you kicked off KF. And bashing a style is forbidden here, not to mention is a sign of narrowmindness and ignorance. Grow up a bit and afterwards, we'll discuss. Flail Posted July 13, 2004 Posted July 13, 2004 Red Triangle student, have you ever heard of Iron Fist training? It's supposed to greatly improve your punches after training in it for a while. Just do a Google search on it if you want more info. Tricks Tutorials EmpireTeam New Breed
Rotten Head Fok Posted July 13, 2004 Posted July 13, 2004 I think fist push-ups are in the top 3! Ironberg I am going to try your gripper suggestion.Buy grippers (if you want to punch someone so hard they have to change their underpants - work on your grip!!!). Good call Garth! (ramymensa) You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.

Red Triangle student Posted July 20, 2004 Author Posted July 20, 2004 Flail, thank you for the advice, but I would now like to say that I have now mastered my wrists and that I can compete much better with them.
