kempocos
And as I staed above do them slow, speed will reduce the benefit. At 14 do not do the diamond ones where you have your thumbs touching it is bad for your rotator cups/cuffs. And by off and on I mean..about a week straight...then a month or two off then a few days....a few weeks off. Not very effective...im lazy. #1"The road to tae kwan leep is an endless road leading into the herizon, you must fully understand its ways". #2"but i wanna wax the walls with people now" #1"come ed gruberman, your first lesson is here.....boot to the head" #2"ouch, you kicked me in the head", #1"you learn quickly ed gruberman"
kchenault
Why would you want to do a technique that is bad for your Rotator Cuff? I have jus started doing Hindu pushups, Hindu Squats and Back Bridges for my workout. Man what a difference! I feel great. The soreness doesn't seem to last as long and I can feel myself getting stronger all over. I am trying to incorporate pull-ups into my routine. No equipment but the kids swing set. It rocks! Red Triangle student
I think that the ideal way to do push ups is not to strain yourself totally but to do them in periods. First day do 25 next day do 30 next day 35 and so on and so forth. But if you feel unchallenged by this then increase the amount. kchenault
Do a search on Matt Furey on the net. Or Body by Fish. They both have great body weight calisthenics for getting overall strength and conditioning. I have been doing it for about 2 weekd and it feels great. Ken ChenaultTFT - It does a body good! blitzcraig
Do 3 sets one day back to back say...40, 30, 25, as many as you can in each set....rest a day, then do the same routeen over and over....thats what works.
