bigpopparob2000
When is it best to do plyometric exercises? My initial instinct was to do them at the beginning of each work out when I'm fresh, but I was wondering if it would be better to do them at the end of my work out when my muscles are fatigued. Kind of like if I become able bound up 5 stairs at a time when my legs are tired, then I'll be able to jump even higher when I'm fresh. So which is better, doing plyometrics at the beginning or end of a work out?
WolverineGuy
I'd say beginning. Just seems like you'd be less likely to hurt yourself Wolverine1st Dan - Kalkinodo"Shut up brain, or I'll stab you with a q-tip""There is no spoon."
