SevenStar Posted March 31, 2004 Posted March 31, 2004 depends on what you are experiencing - if all of the symptoms are throat level or above - sore throat, runny nose, etc. you can train. If symptoms are below the throat, take it easy.

SevenStar Posted April 2, 2004 Posted April 2, 2004 as I said in my above post, it depends on the conditions. Working out while sick can actually be beneficial. Naturally, you don't want to be around others if you are contaigious, but what stops you from training at home?
