Now its even worse and im scared to kick with my right foot. my question is what am i supposed to do? Wait it out or is there a way that i can work with it to shorten that time? Should i pull it out of its socket? Or just roteate it for a few minutes each day? IM MISERABLE PLEASE HELP. Thanks

monkeygirl
Do NOT pull your toe out of its socket. *shudder* That will only make things worse. The only thing that's going to make it better is rest, so try to stay off it and keep from putting too much pressure on it. You probably broke your toe and it never healed correctly, or it healed incorrectly. This could be messy and tricky, so your best bet is to see a doctor. S/he'll probably want you to get your foot x-rayed so s/he can tell what's wrong. Bottom line: don't try to fix this one on your own. It's not simply a minor ache or pain...your body has stepped it up a level, so you need to as well. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard. Reklats
He didn't x-ray it the first time?!? Get a different doctor! Is he worried about wasting x-ray film or something?
