trekmann
In Taikudo after we learn Heian Shodan and Neidan we move onto a kata called Torino Kata. The strongest principle in human growth lies in human choice (Alexander Chase).
Heian
in my system it is more probable to learn Bassai after the heians because Bassai includes many aspects in the Heians all rolled into one Kata. Jijutsu Yori Shinjutsu (Spirit before technique)"..The way, who will walk it clear and pure?"-Gichin Funakushi, founder of Shotokan.
