Hi all,

I am new to the forum and have recently taken up Taikudo Karate five months ago. I am going for my 8th Kyu Yellow belt grading very shortly and have been practising Heian Nidan and Shodan kata's religiously. I am hoping to make Karate training a life long pursuit, as I believe it can make you a better person if you train for the right reasons.

Anyway I am looking forward to having the opportunity to engage in some discussions and share experiences with other members.

Never heard of that particular style, but it's not important. train hard and get all you can get from your instructor and training. And welcome to the forums :)

From the names of the katas I find some similarities with Shotokan
