krunchyfrogg
Any way to avoid these? I seem to get them quite a bit, usually when kneeling. White_Tiger
I get these sometimes when kneeling as well. I find I get them when I haven't done certain exercises in a while. I hadn't done bjj in a while because of a neck injury, and I was getting cramps in my feet and calves. I find once I get back to the normal excercises the cramps tend to go away. aes
Not sure if this applies but I have heard that Calcium deficiency can cause muscle cramping in general as well. 43 Years oldBlue Belt (7th Kyu) Shorin-ryuRoberts Karate
