Ox
Hello been reading you guy's and gal's posts for a couple weeks now.I have picked up alot of good info from Ya'll.So I thought I would introduce myself.I am 30 year old male.I am training in tae kwon do at present.I have also trained in goju ryu.The school I am training in now trains the true fighting tae kwon do.Our instructor has also studied tukong moosul. He incorporates alot of the self defence stuff from tukong.Looking forward to learning from the experience that is here on this site.
