Jump roping = weak? correct me plz

jumping rope is the one cardio exercise that actually burns more calories than jogging. must use a lot of energy, dont you think? why dont you try doing it for 20 or 30 minutes and see how you feel? also- its an exercise most every boxer (professionals i mean) do regularly. that ought to convince you theres something to it.
