Samuel
Last I tryed was 25 proper press ups, not really that impressive, But I am working on getting my Bench press past 50kg (110lb) Which I still think is a measly number too, But that is 4 sets of 10But, I can do 520 crunches in sets of 40 (Though, In a rotation of, 40 Ab, 40, Left Oblique, 40 Right Oblique, Repeat)

Aodhan
how many push ups do i need to be able to do, before i can push up with my girl sitting on my back (60kg) ?It isn't a function of how many (endurance), it's a question of how much (power/force). Think of it this way, being able to do 100 bench presses with 100kg doesn't mean you can do 1 bench press of 160kg.Aodhan There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality; and then there are those who turn one into the other.-Douglas Everett, American hockey player
