That first sentence only saved 14 letters, but made it a lot harder to read. I hope that by the time you're 10 years old, you learn to spell. Rich_2k3 Posted January 6, 2004 Share Posted January 6, 2004 yep, ive got a book called Dynamic strength by Harry Wong, its fantastic, its basically the same as isometrics except instead of static movements their dynamic which means u strengthen a range of muscles. Its a reveloutionary system of resistance training. Go on https://www.Amazon.co.uk or https://www.Blitzsport.com to get it, its really cheap about £4.50. The hole books got about 30 exercies and warm-ups with pictures and it explains exactly which muscles ur strengthening and how it will effect your martial arts.
