guys i wud b eva so gr8ful if u cud eva so kindly give me a list or a site wiv lots of different isometric exercises including strength being a focus and also flexibility and also some isometric contraction help (i.e. Sanchin kata)

How about a grammar and spelling site?

 

That first sentence only saved 14 letters, but made it a lot harder to read. I hope that by the time you're 10 years old, you learn to spell.

yep, ive got a book called Dynamic strength by Harry Wong, its fantastic, its basically the same as isometrics except instead of static movements their dynamic which means u strengthen a range of muscles. Its a reveloutionary system of resistance training. Go on https://www.Amazon.co.uk or https://www.Blitzsport.com to get it, its really cheap about £4.50. The hole books got about 30 exercies and warm-ups with pictures and it explains exactly which muscles ur strengthening and how it will effect your martial arts. Give it a try, hope this helps.
