hey all!

 

what improvements on your personal health did training in the arts give to you? i mean physical as well as mental. and please tell us ur art as well.

 

i'm just curious :)

 

to me, my training gave me some kind of better overall feeling. and apart from that i became much more flexible and my cardio is better as well.

In a nutshell ( so I don't ramble on and on and on...) martial arts is my lifestyle. It effects everything I do, say, and put into my mouth. I cannot imagine what my life (and health) would be like today if I had not taken that first class back in 1977!

 

Just one note: When I don't train for a few days my joints stiffen and ache, and I feel drained-both physically and emotionally. I need my endorphin fix to keep the machinery oiled!!
