Icetuete Posted December 22, 2003 Posted December 22, 2003 hey all! what improvements on your personal health did training in the arts give to you? i mean physical as well as mental. and please tell us ur art as well. i'm just curious to me, my training gave me some kind of better overall feeling. and apart from that i became much more flexible and my cardio is better as well.

It effects everything I do, say, and put into my mouth. I cannot imagine what my life (and health) would be like today if I had not taken that first class back in 1977! Just one note: When I don't train for a few days my joints stiffen and ache, and I feel drained-both physically and emotionally. I need my endorphin fix to keep the machinery oiled!!
