ialwaysgethit Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 Well unknown to me i have eaten squirell, in some kind of country pie?!?! didnt know at the time of eating it. but normally have marmite and mustard (english) on rivita's, its good at getting rid of a sniffly nose. saw a cook book with beef and chocolate sauce in it the other day. eh whats, that all about. oliver willison
angelica d Posted December 21, 2003 Posted December 21, 2003 squirell doesn't sound too repulsive I suppose. But people often say I'm quite adventurous when it comes to food. but i draw the line at blue cheese. Seriously, how can people eat mould for pleasure!!??! Drunken Monkey Posted December 21, 2003 Posted December 21, 2003 hey it's good mould. in stilton and roquefort (i think) it's a strain of penicillin... post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
monkeygirl Posted December 22, 2003 Posted December 22, 2003 I have to admit to a liking for haggis, even though the thought of it is a bit gross. Haggis is good stuff!! No, really! But then again, I'm Scottish (last name is McBeth) so I'm a little biased. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard.

Gstrowes Posted December 23, 2003 Posted December 23, 2003 fresh raw calfs placenta. that is the most disgusting thing i've eaten. but i've eaten other weird things in my travels dog is good, horse meat is nice (one girlfriend refused to speak to me for a month over that meal!) and as a scot i love haggis (32days to burns night and counting )
angelica d Posted December 27, 2003 Posted December 27, 2003 For Christmas someone gave me a 'Grow Your Own Haggis' set as a joke (of course)!!! I haven't yet figured it out but I think you grow the filling and have to buy your own haggis. Weird, I wonder where she got it from. Well, next week my lovely boyfriend is taking me to Paris (yay!) and we've decided to try some snails "Weaseling out of things is what separates us from the animals . . . except the weasel."- Homer J Simpson
