no no, you people.... that is for grip (finger) and forarm strength. ideal for rockclimbers, and anyone who wants strong forarms- which should be everyone. they have nothing to do with punching. however, when you fight a kickboxer and want to block a head kick or something, you want strong, hard muscled forarms. those things are good for that, and are much better than some tennis ball.

 

by the way, what the hell is 'inhowfar' supposed to mean?

Absolutely!!! The king of hand grippers.

 

A strong grip is definately an advantage to M/A'ist's. Not so much for punching as for.....erm.......gripping :)

I would think that a strong grip would be especially useful for grapplers and the like.

Try the eagle catcher, instead of two handles its attached to every finger with using bands which are then attached to a metal frame around the hand, your crunch your knuckles pulling the elastic inwards, pretty good.
