stl_karateka
Hey guys, We are putting together a national team and one of the things we would like is team T-Shirts and warm-ups For warmups I'm looking for 2 pc --- something like a nylon shell, probably lined, zip up type --- hood optional I see stuff like this at foot locker all the time ---- anywhere cheaper that specializes in teams? We'd order at least 10 so hopefully somewhere that can offer us a discount for that. Oh, and being able to custom embroider our team name is bonus. aefibird
When we were setting up the competition team from my dojo we just got warm-up suits from a small sports shop in a local village. Because it wasn't part of a group of chain store sports shops then we were able to 'haggle' and get a good deal. We also got some t-shirts printed through the shop and we got a big discount because we agreed to have the shop logo on the t-shirts as well as the name of our regular sponsor!! If you can't get a good deal from a local shop, then try the internet MA websites. MA stuff can often be cheaper if you're buying in bulk for a dojo. "Was it really worth it? returning_wave
Yeh id go with local small businesses. our amateur group which trains intermitently used iron-on-transfers for T-shirts as a test and they've performed well, even on a trainign t-shirt. cheap and effective! but for somehting more professional id go as others have reccomended. 3rd Kyu - Variant ShotokanTaijutsu"We staunt traditionalists know that technique is nowhere near as important as having your pleats straight when you die."
