Thuggish Posted December 25, 2003 Posted December 25, 2003 i personally found the tredmill a good way to break into running. its a little easier on the body, and if your gym has tvs to watch it can help with the boredom. a broken arm throws no punches
Gandhi Posted January 4, 2004 Posted January 4, 2004 Today I saw a documentary on tv. It said running is a stressful situation on the body and is actually counterproductive health wise.If you run a marathon you are actually killing your body.It put as an example in nature, a pride of lions, a lion will never run unless it is absolutely necessary. Moral? Do not overdo it. Peace = happiness = enlightenment = meditationPaz = felicidad = iluminación =meditaciónKingdom´s Coming
Metsubushi Posted January 4, 2004 Posted January 4, 2004 i think listening to inspiring music while running will make u keep going, i wish i had a cd player... for most it does but for me just makes me think that i am natrally the best in the world and leads me away from doin anything so i do my exercise routines without music and just singing to my self
