Food Diary!

hey all,

 

I thought it would be a good idea for myself to make a food diary to keep track of my diet plan,You may wanna do the same, it will help to analyse how much your body needs to do good.Just to let you know and give you a head start!

Moobrack yeah I've already started mine, trying to work out what to eat to fill in my requirements... a damn lot of carb and protein with minimal fat, will be hard :bawling:

OMG Moobrack - the ultimate source of Carbohydrates - RAISINS!

 

Quite literraly, in 30g, you have 0.1g protein, 0.3g fat, 29.6g carbs!

 

Great! Thats carbs greatly helped... now then for the protein...

I'm thinking that when back to School, diet could go a bit like this:

 

Breakfast - Cereal and Raisins

 

Break time - Sandwich with lean meat, apple

 

Lunch Time - Sandwich with lean meat, crisps

 

Get Home - Slice of toast, cheese

 

Dinner - Rice/potato/lean meat

 

Evening Snack - Fruit

 

Looking good, eh Moobrack?
