Icetuete Posted October 21, 2003 Posted October 21, 2003 what exactly are Hindu Squats and Hindu PushUps? i heard about them, but cant really imagine in what way they are different from ordinary pushups/squats. anybody could explain them to me? some pictures might help as well if available. thanks in advance!
