Training at the dojo is available 3 times a week, but due to shiftwork I can only attend an average of twice a week. I try to train at home whenever I can, even if it's only 30 minutes.

My life is soooo frustrating.........I want to train all the time!!!!!!!!!!

I keep asking God what I'm for and he tells me........."gee I'm not sure!"

It has become a drug to me; if i don´t get the heartbeat up at least a few times a day I get frustrated and evil. :kaioken:

I do actual "training" 4 to 5 days a week, when I'm not teaching or helping out at my dojang. But I still help out in the adult classes (my actual training class) when needed.

Between teaching and/or helping out, cleaning and training, I'm at my dojang 6 hours 4 days a week (I just train on thursday, not work).

I train at home when the urge hits or I get a burst of energy LOL.

when I did martial arts regularly I was like you guys. 4 hours in dojo a week and 10 hours at home. Excellent adrenaline rush.

If you don't practise ever outside the dojo then (so long as you practise right) it will take so much longer to get good

700 hours of official training. Injury finished me dammit!
