i'm not like that 11th grader i only have basic moves like side kicks, spin kicks and etc. I know how to generate power to my hands and feet. i take my way of fighting seriously believe me or not i don't care. p.s. do anyone no how to stop these annoying messenger service pop up ads
yeah i admit i was naive but i have matured. My style is of justing analyzing and adapting to any situation. I know of course i won't have a effective style in one day or year. I know that it will take hard work to make it effective.
oh well yeah i guess when u put it like that it makes more sense. i only have 20lb dumbbells and i do 75 reps of 2 different sets and after i'm done with the workout my arms are heavy and hurting the next day.
i know about those things already its just that i don't have like 45 lb dumbbells to work my biceps out. plus i need more chest execrise since it can help strengthen the power of a person punch.
well i divide my workout in days like i weight train on upper strength on monday, tues do push ups, or any other workouts using my own body weight, and i do the same for legs on wed and thurs.
aefibird i was going to try to go to a dojo, but i just don't have the time with school work and plus in the summer i will be busy. So i will be training by myself for awhile.
this style was tested on my brother to see if i can adapt to stronger and faster people then me. Also my brother did some martial arts and can fight. fyi stop double posting just edit your message.
i'm used to being hit, but for some reason my eyes just keep blinking rapidly. could shadowboxing by any chance help this problem also. (this might be a stupid question.)
i have trouble with this. I can dodge a few attacks and i can parry a lot of them but the point is that my eyes keep blinking making me unable to see a opening in my opponent. is there anyway to stop this.
