Hey everyone, I wanted to give you an update on my progress. First I quit my kickboxing, and i got into Muay Thai. This happened because i didn't feel like my kickboxing trainer was any good, and also because I have a cousin who wanted to take Muay Thai, so we decided to do it together. Anyways, since last time I have gained power and strength in my punches and kicks, I'm still working on my knees and elbows. I have lost a couple of pounds and my endurance is way better. I only have one problem, which I hope some of you could help me out in. I'm right handed so I do my jabs and my covering with my left, but after a while it just gives out on me and I can't cover that well anymore, or even throw a descent jab. My right arm can go on forever, but my left always dies on me. Is there any way I can improve endurance or strength on my left arm? Thanks for the advice
