  1. I see what you mean on the rythm, thats just me not being good enoughe. But the bouncing is nothing wrong with in pointkarate ? Watch any competation and you will see it. For one you could watch the world championships in finland 2006.

  3. go on https://www.youtube.com and type in "cung le" you will see that sidekicks work both against muay thai fighters and mma fights... but then again, not everybody is cung le
  4. this might be a little out of context, but just out of curiosity, how much do you use kicking compared to punching?
  5. havent done martial arts that long so cant really tell, but I think im a pretty good yellow belt, but when I spar with "the big boys" I realize that perhaps what I invision in my mind, I am not always capable of doing in sparring, not to mention in a real fight.

But seriously, what keeps me motivated now is that I want want to be a complete fighter, standup, throws, groundwork etc.. makes martial arts that much more intressting A guy that inspieres me is Cung Le.. check him out at youtube if you have not seen him before.

Anyways, theres a video of me doing som techniques, a combination of full contact and pointkarate techniques... I´ve only been doing karate for 6 months so its not flawless in any way.. but still. Feel free to put forward critique. However dont mind my friend that keeps pointing his finger to the camera
