If you would like protein, i would recommend using MRM Whey. I get the chocolate one, its fairly inexpensive, and it is not chalky like the other ones. I think I paid about $28 for a big case of it.

There are a few good supplements that tastes good.

yeah, it all depends on the place. Some places you pay by the month, and some places might be every 6 or 12 months. I would go with a place you pay by the month, and have no contract, if possible. Just make sure you go some place you enjoy and get the most out of it.

If you want to lose some weight, running always helps. You really have to do something you bust out a deep sweat.

oh my, your taking quite a bit. Has it been working? The only drink I ever taken for protein was MRM Protein Whey, it is the only one that I thought that tastes good.
