I'm kinda pissed that most of the students are glad he's gone. What they don't seem to understand is that good teachers like him are hard to come by. Now all we do are boring drills that do not improve my abilities. When will people learn it is good to work hard at something. I take karate at a Joe Corley school. Recently our teacher left because many students were constantly complaining about how hard he was on everyone. In the beginning i didn't like it much but as time went on and lbs. were lost i began to like him. Then one day i came to class and found out he was gone. Just to let everyone know I'm just a lazy videogamer that needs a fire put under his a** just to execise so this teacher was perfect for me. Now it seems that at karate i don't get really motivated to work towards my potential and I'M GETTIN FAT HELP ME!!!!!!

I'm trying to find out what is the best type of weighted clothing and if it can be dangerous for me.
