Well, im in moderate shape at the moment and i would like to fix that. I am going to do this workout. http://www.navyseals.com/community/navyseals/navysealworkout_main.cfm supposedly the navy seals training. (i think ill be able to do it but it wont be fun). Can anyone recommend anything i can use as reference for strength training? The navy seals workout seems to be all about endurance. Thank you
